How to customize it
- Select the "Personalized" option
- Write the texts you want to customize in each glass in the corresponding box
- You can also send us logos arts or other black and white image in vector or jpeg format to be recorded in the pieces at a minimum resolution of 300DPI. Send it to marketing@vitrales.com.sv
- All orders are confirmed through an image in PDF for approval prior to being recorded via email or WhatsApp. This can take between 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order
- Once you approve the design, we take 1 to 3 subsequent business days to engage in each glass.
- All our designs are personalized and prepared on request.
- Important: To ensure the availability and quality of your order, we ask you to make your application at least 4 days in advance to the date you want to deliver the gift.
