1. Faced with any inconvenience with your order, do not hesitate to contact us through email info@vitrales.com.sv. Please, in your email specify whether what you want is a change of product or the return of the order with the corresponding refund of the payment made by the order.

2. Studs by Margarita Llort accepts changes and returns, for which the buyer must contact us within a period not exceeding 15 days after the delivery of the order.

2.1 Once the contact has been made and as agreed in in this communication with us, the buyer must return the items within a period not exceeding 15 days after the delivery of the order.

2.2 The items that are considered suitable for a change will only be changed once the buyer has returned the article.

2.3 The items must be returned without using and in the original state in which they were received by the buyer, and in their original packaging and with their respective protection, which must be acquired by the buyer, who is responsible for packaging the return.

2.4 If the article is not returned in its original state, the buyer will be responsible for any loss of its value.

2.5 The payment and programming of the shipping service of the article that will be returned to our offices is the responsibility of the buyer, which will be coordinated shortly.

2.6 In the case of requesting the reimbursement for the return of the order, this will be effective once we have received and inspected the product, and approved the return. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to the credit / debit card or original payment method, within a period that is set by the payment processors, therefore, it is the user's responsibility to consult said deadlines with the supplier.

2.7 Due to its nature, we will not accept returns from the following articles, unless they arrive damaged or defective to the buyer:

  • Personalized articles. If the engraving was a client error (with poor writing or spelling) it will not be changed. But if it is the error of stained glass by Margarita Llort, you can change it.
  • Articles that are on offer.

3. Tymes by Margarita Llort accepts orders cancellations (restrictions apply): Provided that the article has not yet been sent, the buyer can request a cancellation within 12 hours after the order. If you request the cancellation after the indicated period, although the article has not yet been sent, the buyer must pay a 50 % replacement rate of the order value.

5. You can send your complaints through info@vitrales.com.sv within 12 hours after the reception of your article. We will do everything possible to solve them within 24 hours during the standard work week. We will not communicate during the weekends or holidays.
